We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.
 

Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

8' deep by 10' wide pipe and drape booth
(1) 6' skirted table
(2) chairs
(1) wastebasket
(1) booth ID sign



Aisle Carpet: Exhibit Area is fully carpeted
Booth and Skirting Color: Royal Blue and Cream White


VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

THE WESTIN RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping form, which may be downloaded below.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, December 29th and Tuesday, January 6th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, January 7th.  Please note:  Blue Chip Expo's warehouse will be closed from Monday, December 22nd until Monday, December 29th. 


You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION - Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, January 7th at 12:00PM.  Exhibits will open on Thursday, January 8th at 1:00PM. 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE - Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Saturday,  January 10th at 8:00PM.  The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by Midnight.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.  If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit. 
 

NOTE - All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo with appropriate payment, EXCEPT the electrical/telephone service order forms which should be returned to the Westin, along with payment, for any services required in addition to the standard electrical service.  Questions concerning electrical, telephone, internet, and audio visual services should be directed to the Westin Convention Services Department at 843-681-8400.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
