We are pleased that
your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.
Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as
important information about the venue.
STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
8' deep x 10' wide pipe
and drape booth
(1) booth ID sign
(1) 6' skirted table
(2) chairs
(1) wastebasket

VENUE INFORMATION:
LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought
to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.
THE CROWNE PLAZA RESORT, PTR and SHIPYARD RACQUET CLUB WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED
TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you intend to ship materials in containers over 6' in height and
4' in width, please contact Blue Chip Expo prior to shipping to determine if delivery to the exhibit area is possible.
There is no forklift access into the exhibit space. If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference,
please follow the instructions on the shipping form, which may be downloaded below. All advance
shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, January 26th and Monday, February 16th. All
exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, February 18th.
You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
EXHIBITOR
INSTALLATION - Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, February 18th at 7:00AM.
Exhibits will open at noon.
EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE
- Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Thursday, February 19th at 12:15PM. The exhibit
hall must be completely cleared by 3:00PM that afternoon.

Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting
your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements
and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your
arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer
Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information
needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE
- All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo, along with payment. All orders for electrical and telephone service
should be directed tot he PTR at 843-785-7244. All orders for electrical and or telephone service must be placed
no later thatn February 1, 2009.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form
to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. all orders returned by
fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
