your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.

important information about the venue.

VENUE INFORMATION:
THE CHARLESTON AREA CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO
THE FACILITY PRIOR TO EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION ON FRIDAY, MARCH 13TH. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have materials
that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form, which may be downloaded
below. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, February
23rd and Monday, March 9th to guarantee delivery to the Exhibit Hall. Shipmenats arriving after March
10th will be refused. Exhibitors may unload and bring their display materials into the facility themselves at no charge,
but must supply their own hand trucks, dollies and carts to do so.
You must pay for all drayage
charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION - Exhibitors
may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday, March 13th from 12:00PM until 6:00PM and on Saturday, March 14th
from 8:00AM until 10:30AM. Exhibits will open on Saturday, March 14th at 11:00AM.
EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE -Exhibitors must begin dismantling
and removal of individual booth displays on Saturday, March 14th at 7:00PM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared
by 10:00PM that evening.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog
of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services
in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information
carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. There
will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent, on-site at the Expo. You must place all orders
for additional booth equipment no later than Tuesday, March 10th to insure availability. On site orders will be filled
on a first come first served basis. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site,
contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house,
please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE - All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo with appropriate payment, EXCEPT for the
Charleston Area Convention Center order forms which should be returned directly to the facility. All questions
related to Electrical Service, Telephone and Plumbing should be directed to the Charleston Area Convention Center at (843)
529-5026.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative
from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit
Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
