We are pleased that
your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.
Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as
important information about the venue.

VENUE
INFORMATION:
LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must
be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.
THE COLONIAL CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS.
NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have materials that need to be shipped, please follow the instructions on the shipping information
form, which may be downloaded below. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse.
Shipments sent directly to the Colonial Center must be shipped to arrive on Thursday, May 14th between 12:00PM and 5:00PM,
To the attention of Blue Chip Expo.
You must pay
for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION
- Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday, May 15th at 11:00AM. Exhibit set up must be completed
by 5:00PM that day. Exhibits will be open on Saturday, May 16th from 10:00AM until 7:00PM.
EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE - Exhibitors must begin dismantling
individual booth displays on Saturday, May 16th at 7:00PM. The exhibit area must be completely cleared by
10:00PM that day.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services
contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s
event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. There
will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent on site ant the expo. You must place orders for
additional booth equimpment no later than Friday, May 9th to insure availability.
All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis, while availability lasts. This will enable
us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance
navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an
outside display house, please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE - All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Electrical, Telephone, Internet and Plumbing service
order forms, which you should have received from Black Expo Show Management. These should be returned via fax to
Pamela Kooshkalis, Event Manager at the Colonial Center at (800) 576-9229 by April 30, 2009. Questions concerning
these services should be directed to the Colonial Center Building Services Department at (803) 576-9055.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization
Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned
by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
