We are pleased that
your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.
Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as
important information about the venue.
STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
A standard 8' high back drape
(1) 6' skirted table (royal blue)
(1) booth ID sign
Aisle Carpet: Exhibit Area of the Leamington Grand Ballroom is fully
carpeted
Booth and Skirting Color: Royal Blue and Cream White
VENUE INFORMATION:
LOADING and UNLOADING
of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at
the rear of the facility.
THE MARRIOTT RESORT AND SPA WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY
SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have materials that need
to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded
below. PLEASE NOTE: The freight elevator in the Marriott is undersized. If you intend to ship
any containers over 4' wide or 7' tall, please contact Blue Chip Expo prior to shipping to determine if delivery to the exhibit
hall is possible. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between
Monday, September 7th and Tuesday, September 29th. All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces
prior to exhibitor set up on Thursday, October 1st.
You
must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
Exhibitor
Installation: Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Thursday, October 1st at 8:30AM until
5:00PM. There will be an opening reception in the exhibit hall that evening from 6:30PM until 7:00PM.
Exhibit
Hours: Exhibits will be open on Friday, October 2nd from 1:00 - 2:30PM and from 4:30 - 6:00PM, Saturday,
October 3rd from 1:30 - 2:30PM and on Sunday, October 4th from 9:00AM - 10:00AM.
Exhibitor Dismantle: Exhibitors must begin
dismantling individual booth displays on Sunday, October 4th at 10:01AM. The exhibit hall must be completely cleared
by 5:00PM that evening.

Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize
the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your
additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered
to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact
the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please
forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE - All orders must
be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Electrical/Telephone service order form which should be returned to the Marriott,
along with payment, for any services required in addition to the standard electrical service. Questions concerning
electrical or telephone should be directed to the Marriott Convention Services Department at 843-686-8400.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative
from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit
Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
