We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.
 

Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

(1) pipe and drape booth
(1) booth ID sign

Aisle Carpet: [N/A]
Booth and Skirting Color: [N/A]


VENUE INFORMATION:

For advance shipments of exhibit materials, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Information Form.  You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery to your booth space.  Shipments to the advance warehouse must be sent to arrive between Monday, August 10th and Friday, August 21st to guarantee delivery to the Exhibit Hall.  Shipments arriving after August 24th will be refused.   

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION - Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on:

Wednesday, August 26th from 8:00AM until 5:00PM,

Thursday, August 27th from 8:00 AM until 8:00PM,

Friday, August 28th from 8:00AM until 10:30AM for final touches to your display.

EXHIBIT HOURS - Exhibits will be open:

Friday August 28th from 11:00AM until 6:00PM - open to public (VIPreview Party from 7:00PM until 10PM)

Saturday, August 29th from 10:00AM until 6:00PM - open to public

Sunday, August 30th from 11:00AM until 5:00PM - open to public

 

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE -Exhibitors will close at 5:00PM on Sunday, August 30th.  Move out will begin run from 5:00PM until 9:00PM.  Exhibitor breakdown will continue on Monday, August 31st at 8:00AM.  The facility MUST be completely cleared by 5:00PM Monday evening.  

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.  There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent, on-site at the Expo.  You must place all orders for additional booth furnishings and carpet no later than Friday, August 21st to insure delivery to your booth.  On site orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.  If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help.  
 

NOTE - All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo with appropriate payment.  Questions concerning electrical services should be directed to your New Home Charleston Representative or Sherry Crawford, Show Director at 843-452-9166

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
