We are pleased that
your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.
Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as
important information about the venue.
STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
A standard pipe and drape booth
(1) 6' skirted table
(2) chairs
(1) wastebasket
(1) booth ID sign
Aisle Carpet: N/A
Booth and Skirting Color: N/A
VENUE INFORMATION:
LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention
Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.
THE PRIME OSBORN CONVENTION CENTER
WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have
materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form,
which may be downloaded below. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse. Shipments
sent directly to the Prime Osborn must be shipped to arrive only on Friday, October 9th between 8:00AM and 10:00AM, TO THE
ATTENTION OF BLUE CHIP EXPO.
You must pay for all drayage
charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
Exhibitor Installation:
Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Friday, October 9th at 12:00PM. Exhibit set up must be completed
by 6:00PM that day. Exhibits will be open on Saturday, October 10th from 11:00AM until 7:00PM.
Exhibitor
Dismantle: Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Saturday, October 10th at 7:00PM. The
exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 10:00PM that evening.

Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services
contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s
event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This
will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need
additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help.
If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE - All orders forms should be returned to Blue Chip Expo. All orders for Electrical, Telephone, Internet
Service, and Plumbing Service, which you should have received from Black Expo Show Management, should be returned to The Prime
Osborn Event Service Department by fax (904) 630-4029 or call Alma Revels-Shirley (904) 630-4016 or email ashirley@smgjax.com by September 28, 2009. THERE WILL BE LIMITED QUANTITIES
OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE FOR RENT ON SITE AT THE EXPO. YOU MUST PLACE ORDERS FOR ADDITIONAL BOOTH EQUIPMENT
NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND TO INSURE AVAILABILITY. ALL ON-SITE ORDERS WILL BE FILLED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED
BASIS, WHILE AVAILABILITY LASTS.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting
representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by
a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
