We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.
 

Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

pipe and drape booth

(1) booth ID sign

Aisle Carpet: N/A
Booth and Skirting Color: N/A


VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility. 


For advance shipments of exhibit materials, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, January 4th and Friday, January 22nd to guarantee delivery to the Exhibit Hall.  Shipments received after January 22nd will be refused.  Exhibitors may unload and bring their display materials to the facility themselves at no charge but must supply their own hand trucks, dollies and cars to do so.        

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION -Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on:

                                                      -  Wednesday, January 27th at 8:30AM until 5:00PM,

                                                      -  Thursday, January 28th from 8:30AM until 8:00PM, and

                                                      -  Friday, January 29th from 8:00AM until 10:00AM for final touches to your display.

 

Exhibits will open to the public on Friday, January 29th from 11:00AM until 6:00PM and

for the Private showing from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. 

 

Exhibits will be open on Saturday, January 30th from 10:00AM until 6:00PM and on Sunday, January 31st from 11:00AM until 5:00PM

  
EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE - Exhibitors may begin dismantling and removing individual booth displays on Sunday, January 31st at 5:00PM until 9:00PM.  Breakdown will continue on Monday, February 1st at 8:00AM.  The facility must be cleared by 5:00PM Monday evening.   

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.  If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit. 
 


NOTE - All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo no later than Friday, January 22nd.  Questions concerning electrical service should be directed to your New Home Charleston Representative or to Sherry Crawford, Show Director at 843-452-9166. 

 

 

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  all orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
