We are pleased that
your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.
Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as
important information about the venue.

VENUE INFORMATION:
THE SAVANNAH MARRIOTT RIVERFRONT HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO
THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please
follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below. All advance shipments
should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, February 8th and Monday, March 1st. All
exhibit materials will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Wednesday, March 3rd.
You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
EXHIBITOR
INSTALLATION - Exhibitors may set up of individual booth displays on Wednesday, March 3rd from 12:00PM until
5:00PM. Exhibits will open on that evening at 6:30PM.
EXHIBITOR
DISMANTLE - Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Friday, March 5th at 10:30AM. The exhibit
area must be completely cleared by 1:00PM that afternoon.

your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements
and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your
arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer
Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information
needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE - All orders must be returned
to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Electrical/Telephone service order form which should be returned to the Marriott, along with
payment. Questions concerning electrical, telephone or audio visual services should be directed to the Marriott Convention
Services Department at 912-233-7722. For Audio Cisual rentals, orders may be placed
directly through the Marriott Audio Visual Resources (Ron Bush) at 912-233-7722, extensin 7123.
We suggest completing and returning
the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on
site. all orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
