We are pleased that
your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.
Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as
important information about the venue.
STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
10' deep by 10' wide pipe
and drape booth

Aisle Carpet: N/A
Booth and Skirting Color: Royal Blue, Cream White & Teal Green
NOTE: Booth carpeting is not provided and must be ordered separately (or as
part of the booth package option). Carpeting will be restricted to royal blue only.
VENUE INFORMATION:
LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought
to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.
THE JAMES BROWN ARENA WILL NOT
ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have
materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form,
which may be downloaded below. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for
arrival between Monday, February 8th and and Friday, February 19th. Direct to show shipments may be sent to
arrive only on Wednesday, February 24th between 10:00AM and 4:00PM, and must be sent to the attention of Blue Chip Expo. All
return shipments following the close of exhibits must be scheuled for pick up directly from the James Brown Arena between
the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00PM on Monday, March 1st. Additional handling charges may be applied to any shipments not
picked up on site.
You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.
EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION - Wednesday, February 24th 11:00AM - 6:00PM BULK SPACE ONLY (20'
x 20' and larger spaces only).
- Thursday, February 25th 9:00AM - 6:00PM ALL EXHIBITORS. NO DRIVE-IN
PERMITED
- Friday, February 26th 9:00AM - 1:00PM ALL EXHIBITORS. NO DRIVE IN PERMITTED
EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE
- Sunday, February 28th 5:00PM - 9:00PM and Monday, March 1st 8:00AM - 12:00PM. STRICTLY ENFORCED or ADDITIONAL
FEES WILL APPLY.

Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize
the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your
additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered
to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact
the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please
forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE -
All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo. Questions concerning electrical, telephone, and internet services
should be directed to the James Brown Arena convention Services Department at 706-722-3521.
We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative
from being responsible for any balance due on site. all orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit
Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
