We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

Listed below are the items included in your Standard Exhibitor Package as well as important information about the venue.

STANDARD EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

10' deep by 10' wide pipe and drape booth

(1) 6' skirted table

(2) chairs
(1) booth ID sign

(1) 110V electrical outlet

Aisle Carpet: Gray (note: individual booth spaces will not be carpeted and matching gray carpet must be ordered, if desired)
Booth and Skirting Color: Royal Blue and Cream White

VENUE INFORMATION:

THE MYRTLE BEACH CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below. All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, February 22nd and Wednesday, March 10th. Delivery to the show site can only be guaranteed for shipments arriving by Thursday, March 11th. Direct shipments to the Convention Center will only be permitted to arrive on Sunday, March 14th from 9:00AM until 2:00PM. All exhibit materials will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Sunday, March 14th.

There will be a forklift available on site. If you have materials that will require the use of the forklift, you must complete the forklift order form to reserve the lift. All out bound shipments following the close of the conference should be scheduled for pick up directly from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center between 12:00PM and 3:00PM on Tuesday, March 16th. Any shipments not picked up from the convention center will be transported back to Blue Chip Expo's warehouse and will be subject to additional handling charges.

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION - Exhibitors may set up of individual booth displays on Sunday, March 14th at 9:00AM. Exhibit set up must be completed by 4:00PM that day. The Exhibitor's REception will be held in the exhibit fall from 5:30PM until 7:00PM that evening.

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE - Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Tuesday, March 16th at 11:00AM.  The exhibit area must be completely cleared by 4:00PM that afternoon.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.

NOTE - All orders must be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Utility Order Form (for any services other than the standard outlet provided) which should be returned directly to the Myrtle Beach CC. Questions concerning electrical and telephone services should be directed to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center at 843-918-1225.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. all orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
