Note:
There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent on site at the Expo. All on-site orders
will be filled on a first come first served basis, while availability lasts.
VENUE INFORMATION:
THE
WESTIN SAVANNAH HARBOR RESORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO
EXCEPTIONS. SHIPMENTS SENT TO THE HOTEL WILL BE REFUSED. If you have materials that need to be shipped
to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below. All
advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between 6/20/2011 AND 7/11/2011.
All exhibit materials will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on 7/13/2011.
You must pay for
all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

by a completed Credit Card Form in order to be processed. We
suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible
