Note:
There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent on site at the Expo. All on-site orders
will be filled on a first come first served basis, while availability lasts.
VENUE INFORMATION:
LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must
be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility. Exhibitors who have not contracted
with Blue Chip Expo to handle their exhibit materials must be prepared to move all materials into and out of the facility
using their own dollies, pallet jacks, etc.
THE SAVANNAH INTERNATIONAL TRADE & CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED
TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference,
please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below. All
advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between 9/26/2011 and 10/14/2011.
All exhibit materials will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on 10/19/2011.
Shipments sent directly to the SITCC to the attention of Blue Chip Expo will be accepted on ly on 10/18/2011 between
9AM and 3PM. Shipments arriving earlier wil be refused
PLEASE NOTE: The BCE warehouse is not climate controlled, so please use
caution when shipping any perishable items.
You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to
the show site.

Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize
the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your
additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered
to your booth prior to your arrival. If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact
the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please
forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit.
NOTE - All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo, EXCEPT the electrical,
telephone and internet service order forms which should be accessed directly from the SITCC website at www.savtcc.com to receive discounted rates. Those forms should be returned to the SITCC, along with payment. Electrical
service will be provided to all exhibitors at no additional charge, but only if you complete the order form and return it
to the SITCC prior to arrival. Questions concerning electrical and telephone services should be directed
to the SITCC Convention Services Department at 912-447-4710.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative
from being responsible for any balance due on site. all orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit
Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
