your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Drayage
Service Contractor. In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade
show.

VENUE INFORMATION:
THE MARRIOTT
RESORT & SPA WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPMENTS SENT TO THE HOTEL WILL BE REFUSED. If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference,
please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below. All
advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between 2/6/2012 and 2/27/2012. All
exhibit material will be delivered to the exhibit space prior to exhibitor set up on 2/29/2012.
You must pay for
all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization
Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site. all orders returned
by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
