We are pleased that your organization will be participating in one of the many events for which Blue Chip Expo, Inc. serves as the official Exposition Service Contractor.  In this capacity, we will assist you in every possible way to ensure a pleasant and productive trade show.

Note:  There will be limited quantities of additional equipment available for rent on site at the Expo.  All on-site orders will be filled on a first come first served basis, while availability lasts.


VENUE INFORMATION:

LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material brought to the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Service Loading Dock at the rear of the facility. 


THE SONESTA RESORT, PTR and SHIPYARD RACQUET CLUB  WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT MATERIALS DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you intend to ship any items in containers over 6' in height and 4' in width, please contact Blue Chip Expo prior to shipping to determine if delivery to the exhibit area is possible.  There is no forklift access to the exhibit space.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the shipping information form, which may be downloaded below.   All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between 1/20/2014 and 2/18/2014.  All exhibit materials will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on 2/21/2014.   

 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Blue Chip Expo's on-line catalog of services contains information and order forms to help maximize the effectiveness of exhibiting your products or services in this year’s event. We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and please read the information carefully. This will enable us to have requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.  If you have questions or need additional assistance navigating the site, contact the Blue Chip Expo Customer Service Hot-line at 1-843-681-4545 for help. If you plan to use an outside display house, please forward the proper information needed for the coordination of your exhibit. 
 

NOTE - All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo. Questions concerning electrical and telephone services should be directed to the PTR at 843-785-7244.  All orders for electrical and telephone service must be placed no later than 2/3/2014.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  all orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.
