ORDER FORMS

Below are links to various Service Order Forms for your information and use.  We ask that you please anticipate your additional show requirements and complete the enclosed forms at your earliest convenience.  This will enable us to have the requested items delivered to your booth prior to your arrival.

We suggest completing and returning the Credit Card Authorization Form to protect your exhibiting representative from being responsible for any balance due on site.  All orders returned by fax must be accompanied by a completed Credit Card Authorization Form in order to be processed.


NOTE:  All orders should be returned to Blue Chip Expo EXCEPT any electrical and telephone services which will be processed through the South Carolina Association of Veterinarians.  Please contact info@scav.org with any electrical requests.  

 

For Audio Visual rentals, orders may be placed directly through the on-site provider.

VENUE INFORMATION:


LOADING and UNLOADING of all exhibit material being brought into the facility by exhibitors must be done through the Convention Services Loading Dock at the rear of the facility.

 

THE MARRIOTT GRANDE DUNES WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENTS OF EXHIBIT RELATED MATERIAL DELIVERED TO THE FACILITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have materials that need to be shipped to the Conference, please follow the instructions on the Shipping Form included in this packet.  All advance shipments should be sent to the Blue Chip Expo warehouse for arrival between Monday, May 20th and no later than Thursday, June 20th.  All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to exhibitor set up on Sunday, June 23rd.  

 
 

You must pay for all drayage charges in advance of delivery of materials to the show site.

 

 

 

EXHIBITOR INSTALLATION

Exhibitors may begin set up of individual booth displays on Sunday June 23rd from 1:00 pm until 4:20 pm.  Exhibits will open with a reception at 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm.

EXHIBITOR DISMANTLE

Exhibitors must begin dismantling individual booth displays on Tuesday, June 25th at 2:00 pm.  The exhibit hall must be completely cleared by 4:00 pm that afternoon.
